I Can't Click "Choose a File" When Submitting

If nothing happens when you select "choose a file," there are a few steps to take to try troubleshooting. 

  1. Ensure that your web browser is up to date if automatic updates are not enabled 
    1. Chrome browser "relaunch to update" notification in upper right hand corner of browser.If you see "relaunch to update" in the upper right hand corner (pictured to right), then your browser isn't up to date
    2. If you restart your computer and ensure that "reopen windows" is NOT selected, this will allow all apps to fully update
  2. Complete a hard refresh of your browser using the shortcut keys:
    1. Ctrl + F5 (Chrome or Explorer)
    2. Ctrl + Shift + R (Firefox)
    3. CMD + Shift + R (Chrome and Firefox for Mac users)
    4. Option + CMD + E (Safari)
  3. Clear your browsing data
  4. Use a different browser altogether (preferably try using Google Chrome) 
  5. Try submitting from a different device
  6. Try opening a new incognito browser screen and then submitting
