# How Do I Complete and Submit an Assignment?

To complete an assignment using the ExPrep Platform:

➡️Navigate to the assignment

➡️Click "Download" to download a copy of the file to your computer.

➡️Complete the assignment in Excel

➡️Be sure to save the file in a location where you can find it when submitting 

💡Pro Tip: Rename the file so that you can identify the correct file when uploading. Many students download the assignment file many times and then accidentally submit an empty version of the file rather than the completed one. 

➡️Return to the assignment in the ExPrep Portal

➡️ **Choose a File... **button

➡️Locate and select the completed file that you would like to submit 

➡️ **Submit** button

💡Need to download a new copy of the assignment? Click the three dots to the right of the Submit button and then click "Download Assignment" for a new copy.
