# How Do I Submit a Support Ticket to ExPrep?

## When you need help, our team is just a click and a short form away.

If you aren't able to resolve your matter from the articles provided or using the ChatBot inside of the ExPrep Portal, please submit a support ticket to the ExPrep Team. 

- ➡️ Select **Name Drop Down** arrow from the upper righthand side of the ExPrep Portal.
- ➡️ **Contact Us**
- ➡️Complete the support form with as much detail as possible.
