To update your account email address:
- Log into your ExPrep portal
- ➡️ Name from the upper righthand corner
- ➡️ Settings
- ➡️ Edit (next to Contact Information)
- Update Email Address and/or user name
- ➡️ Save
⚠️ If you are asked for a external user id, this is an idea that is generated from your LMS platform. Typically it will be the portion of your email address before the @. For example, if your email is tng322@school.edu, your external ID will be tng322. If you do not use ExPrep inside of your LMS system, you can ignore the external ID requirement.
💡If an account already exists under the new email address you are trying to use, the system won't allow the update. Instead, you will need to submit a request to have the two accounts merged together.
