I Had Access, But I No Longer Do

If you previously had access to the ExPrep Platform but you no longer do, follow these steps to try troubleshooting. 

The most common reason a user loses access to their account is that they have created two different accounts using two different emails (i.e., a personal email and a school email).

Then, they start working in one account and come back later and log into the other account and can't see their work and might not have access to the exams/assignments tab (because their subscription is associated with the other account).

So the first step is to ask if there is any chance you have two account under two different emails?

If there is a chance you have two account, then please try logging in using the second account email and see if your content is available. 

If that is the case, you are welcome to submit a support ticket requesting that the two accounts be merged into one. Be sure to include:

  • Full Name
  • Both email addresses that accounts exist under
  • Which email should be kept and which should be archived

If you know that you only have one account, then the next step would be to check when your account expires
