How Do I Request a Refund?

If you accidentally purchased your access subscription twice or have decided to drop your course, we are happy to issue you a refund within 15 days of the original transaction. To initiate the process, submit a support ticket and be sure to include:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • A Brief Explanation of Request
  • Evidence of Duplicate Purchase
    • The best option is to provide screenshots that show the PayPal transaction id for the two separate purchases.
