I'm Missing the PayPal Button | I Can't Purchase ExPrep

If you do not have the PayPal button in the top right hand corner of your ExPrep Portal allowing you to complete your subscription purchase then you might already have a current subscription. ExPrep portal paywall popup menu.

    • Follow these directions to check when your account expires
    • If your account is current, then you can use the platform and do not need to complete a purchase until after your account has expired

If your account is expired and you still don't have a PayPal button, then please try:

  • Logging out of your account and logging back in
  • Using a different web browser 

If you still can't access the purchase button, please reach out to the ExPrep Support team and share the details listed below:

  • Full Name
  • Email
  • Course Name (as displayed in the upper right hand corner of your portal)
  • Instructor's Name
  • Description of the issue
