If you do not have the PayPal button in the top right hand corner of your ExPrep Portal allowing you to complete your subscription purchase then you might already have a current subscription.

- Follow these directions to check when your account expires
- If your account is current, then you can use the platform and do not need to complete a purchase until after your account has expired
If your account is expired and you still don't have a PayPal button, then please try:
- Logging out of your account and logging back in
- Using a different web browser
If you still can't access the purchase button, please reach out to the ExPrep Support team and share the details listed below:
- Full Name
- Course Name (as displayed in the upper right hand corner of your portal)
- Instructor's Name
- Description of the issue
