# Prof | Viewing a Closed Course

## How can I view a class that isn't in my drop-down menu?

If a course disappears from your course drop-down menu, it is most likely because it is now closed. You can still access closed courses using the steps described below.

To view a closed course:

- ➡️ **Class Information **tab
- Locate the course
- ➡️ **Action **button 
    - ➡️ **Swap to this Class- **use this option to view the course
    - ➡️ **Edit- **Use this option if you want to update the course settings, such as change the close date so that it appears in your class list again.
