Typically, you won't see the Exams/Assignments tab because you need to complete your subscription purchase. There should be a popup notification in the top right corner with an option to “Buy Now”. Click the “Buy Now” button and you will be brought to PayPal. After you complete your purchase, your access code will automatically be applied to your account.
You can choose to purchase through a PayPal account or as a guest.
⚠️ If you already purchased a subscription, but still don't have access, it could be because you have two accounts and your subscription was applied to the other account. Please try logging into your other account to determine if your access is available in that account. If that is the case, you can contact us to get your two accounts merged.
