How can I view a class that isn't in my drop-down menu?

If a course disappears from your course drop-down menu, it is most likely because it is now closed. You can still access closed courses using the steps described below.

To view a closed course:

  • ➡️ Class Information tab
  • Locate the course
  • ➡️ Action button
    • ➡️ Swap to this Class- use this option to view the course
    • ➡️ Edit- Use this option if you want to update the course settings, such as change the close date so that it appears in your class list again.
