If you already have an existing ExPrep account, but now need to add access to an additional class, follow the steps below.
The process for adding an account to your ExPrep portal is slightly different depending on whether or not your institution is integrated with your campus learning management system (LMS). Different examples of an LMS inlcude Canvas, Blackboard, D2L, etc.

Adding a Class With LMS Integration
When your campus has a LMS connection to ExPrep, adding a new class will be completed through your LMS.
- Log into the appropriate course via your LMS platform
- If your professor does not have a separate ExPrep Link, then you can use any assignment to log into ExPrep. Simply click the assignment link and you will be taken into the ExPrep Portal
- If your professor has an ExPrep Main link, then locate & press the ExPrep Main link within the course
⚠️ You must use the link to the main ExPrep portal the very first time. The assignment links will NOT work until this initial step is complete.
- After selecting the link, you will directed to the ExPrep platform and the new class should be added to your list of classes (a drop down in the upper right-hand corner)
⚠️ When a school has a LMS and ExPrep integration, the login should be a single-sign on (SSO) meaning that you won't need to sign into ExPrep and will always access it from the LMS directly. If for some reason you are prompted to login when using the link inside of the LMS, then follow these directions on resetting your password.
Adding a Class Without LMS Integration
If your school does not have an integration between the LMS and ExPrep, then you will add the course to your account manually.
- Log into your ExPrep portal
- ➡️ Name drop down
- ➡️ Enroll in Class
- Enter the 8 digit course code provided by your instructor
