Getting Support
If you have specific questions about how to complete one of your assignments, please contact your professor directly. If you need support related to the ExPrep platform, there are a few options available:
Portal ChatBot
Inside of the ExPrep portal, there is a ChatBot in the lower lefthand corner that can help drive you to appropriate help resources based off of simple requests.
Support Form
If your matter can't be resolved by the ChatBot, please submit a support form to our team. To access the support form
